Reels, sheets and sleeves

PilloPak lightweight corrugated is delivered in reels and sheets as well single faced (Onduwell®) as double faced (Onduflex®) and eventually in the innovative S-flute profile. Flute types ranging from C-flute to N-flute as well as double/single SB and SE give the ideal possibility to tailor made solutions. Creasing lines and perforations enable simple handling and printing up to 5 colours is possible.

Onduwell®
Onduwell® is single faced corrugated with the particular “open flute” profile.

Onduflex®
Onduflex® is double faced corrugated with a flat liner on both sides. These reels combine the strenght of currugated with the properties of endless corrugated.

S-flute
The PilloPak-S-flute is a single faced fluting giving strength in both directions with a typical Snake Form. This specific shape not only shows attractiveness and gives a very stable structure of the material. One of the applications is a lightweight but rigid inner liner in fruit crates.

Sleeve Packaging
With sleeve packaging long products can be optimally protected during transport. We offer sleeves in as well single faced as double-faced lightweight corrugated. For fragile products or products with sensitive surfaces we recommend sleeves with the soft Soft-WellŪ inner liner. All sleeves can be supplied in reels or individual.
